You can order from us using any one of the following three methods. It's not hard at all, you'll see! SHOPPING CART: Directly on our site using the PayPal buttons. You place your order using the typical shopping cart method of website payment. PayPal will guide you through the process. It's not necessary for you to have an account with PayPal to use this method to order from us. You'll be given a choice of Paying by PayPal or credit card. After your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming your order and payment. PayPal is one of the most secure ways that you can pay on the web. EMAIL ORDERS: Email us at sales@speakablegifts.com, stating item numbers, descriptions, quantities and any special instructions. You'll receive a PayPal invoice by email, stating the total due plus shipping and tax, if applicable. You'll then submit your payment via PayPal. Again, PayPal will give you the option of paying by credit card if you don't have a PayPal account. If you see no PayPal buttons on a product page, it means you need to email your order. We indicate on the product page just what information we need. All favors are ordered by email and shipped by FedEx or UPS. We also welcome your calls so that we can talk about how we can best serve you! PHONE ORDERS: We accept telephone orders (non-personalized items) Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:30PM eastern time at (609)871-6433. Please leave a message if we're unavailable and we'll return your call. You could choose to have us invoice you directly or through PayPal at the time of your order. Invoicing through PayPal allows you to use your credit card. If you decide to pay us directly, we'll instruct you as to where to mail your check made payable to "Speakable Gifts." Your items will then be sent as soon as we receive your payment and your check has cleared. The items you order will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your payment, usually between 1-3 days for items in stock. Most of our gift packages and photo albums take slightly longer, with the time varying, depending on various factors. If you need something in less than a week, it's a good idea to email or call us and we'll do our best to work with you. Bridesmaids gifts and bridal shower favors take two to three weeks, provided all items are in stock with our suppliers. Some non-personalized favors can be shipped sooner.)
